This is the official event of “The World Heritage” which has been showing on TBS Television. It will be divided into six World Heritage themes, “Egypt”, “Italy”, “China”, “Japan”, “Sea” and “The Best of the World Heritage”. To introduce the spectacular world heritage sites, about 80 images by photographers who are active in the front lines including Ikuo Nakamura, Kazuyoshi Nomachi and Kazuyoshi Miyoshi will be displayed, and a high definition movie edited especially for this exhibition will be shown.

Sankeien is a famous plum blossom viewing spot. “Garyobai”, which looks like a dragon hugging the ground and “Ryokugakubai”, which has green cups, and was a gift from ShanghaiCity, are two examples of rare plum trees that can be seen.

KanagawaPrefecturalKanazawa-bunkoMuseum is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year. To celebrate the anniversary, about 75 masterpieces such as the portraits of former Kanesawa Hojoshi’s including national treasures (they will be displayed from the 24th of March), important cultural properties and prefecturally-designated cultural properties will be displayed.
